As soon as we get your confirmation of the reservation and the deposit of 50 % of the total amount is paid, the house is reserved in your name. The second 50 % has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. We ask you kindly to transfer € 300,-  on the account mentioned in the contract as a damage deposit. This amount will be transferred back to you latest 10 days after your departure if there is no damage occurred.

 Cancellation policy:
You’ll be charged 50 % of the total price if you cancel after reservation and a further 20 % of the total price if you cancel in the 60 days before arrival.
